Tuition and Commitment

Student Commitment

Violin Lessons Frederick Maryland

Students are required to commit to 13 lessons in the fall semester  and 17 lessons in the spring semester. This reflects the level of dedication needed to excel in the study of music.  Students will be thoughtfully held to the highest standards.  They are carefully reminded that learning to play a stringed instrument is easily one of the hardests subjects they will study. It requires daily practice and a high level of dedication and persistence.  Parent participation is often vital to the student's success. Students are also encouraged to obtain the best possible instrument.  In the end what is most important is the process and unique journey of each individual student.  Students are required to have a trial lesson before beginning regular instruction.  They have the option of several tuition payment plans.  Trial lessons and summer lessons are charged hourly.  A complete list of policies and procedures is available HERE.
